Our engagements follow a Crawl, Walk, Run model:

  • Crawl (Audit): Fixed-fee engagement. A deep dive with the founder/CEO to identify your most urgent growth priorities. Typically 2-4 weeks.
  • Walk (Sprint): Monthly retainer. 90-day execution sprint focused on proving value - building systems, playbooks, and pipeline infrastructure.
  • Run (Scale):  Monthly retainer. Ongoing fractional leadership where we own a function (Head of Ecommerce, CMO, Head of GTM) and drive results.

Most engagements start with a 2-4 week audit and grow from there. The typical trajectory:

  • Months 2-4: 90-day execution sprint (Walk)

Days 1-30 (Discovery & Foundation):

Days 31-60 (Playbook Development):

Days 61-90 (Launch & Activation):
