Discovery Call
A 30-minute no-pressure conversation. We learn about your business, your goals, and what's broken. You learn how TOG works and whether we're the right fit. No pitch deck. No follow-up if it's not right.
Situation Assessment
If there's a fit, we conduct a rapid assessment — reviewing your current GTM, tech stack, team structure, and competitive position. We tell you what we see, including the uncomfortable parts. This is where most consultants stop. We're just getting started.
Engagement Proposal
We scope the engagement specifically to your situation: right engagement type, right team, right timeline. Investment is tied to scope and outcome — not a standardized package. You'll know exactly what we'll deliver and how we'll measure success before anything is signed.

We are not an agency.
Agencies optimize for billable hours and recurring retainers. TOG optimizes for outcomes. We embed with your team, own the work, and measure success the way your board does — revenue, retention, margin, and growth. If we're not moving those numbers, we'll tell you before you ask.
We are not a generalist consultant.
We don't do everything. We do two things exceptionally well: brand commerce (DTC, omnichannel, Shopify ecosystem) and tech GTM (early-stage B2B SaaS, commerce technology). If your problem lives outside those lanes, we'll tell you — and refer you to someone who can actually help.

Before You Reach Out
Occasionally — but our deepest expertise and sharpest results are in brand commerce (DTC, omnichannel, Shopify ecosystem) and early-stage B2B SaaS / commerce technology. If your company lives at that intersection, we're likely a strong fit. If you're in a vertical we don't know well, we'll say so on the discovery call rather than take your money and learn on the job.
Our GTM Audit starts at $5K and is the lowest-commitment way to experience how TOG works. For fractional leadership, we require a minimum three-month commitment — not because we're protecting our revenue, but because meaningful GTM transformation takes time to show up in the numbers. One month of work doesn't prove or disprove anything. Three months does.
By design, we keep the portfolio small — typically 4 to 6 active engagements. This is non-negotiable. Our value is in the depth of attention and the quality of judgment we bring to each company. That requires capacity. We'd rather turn down a client than dilute what we deliver to the ones we've committed to.
It means you get senior executive-level thinking and execution — without the $250K–$400K base salary, the 6-month search, or the mis-hire risk. In practice, your TOG lead is typically available 15–20 hours per week, joins your leadership meetings, owns specific strategic workstreams, and is reachable async for real-time decisions. Think of it as a senior hire who is embedded in your business but isn't on your org chart.
In select cases, yes. For early-stage companies where cash is constrained but the fit is exceptional, we're open to structuring part of the engagement as equity or tied to a defined performance outcome — typically revenue milestones, a fundraise, or a liquidity event. This isn't our standard model, but it's a conversation we're willing to have with the right founders.
Fast. Most engagements move from signed agreement to active work within 5–10 business days. The discovery call, situation assessment, and scoping typically take 1–2 weeks. We don't have a pipeline of projects that push your start date out by months. When we say yes, we mean it — and we start.
